The City of Vernon is accepting applications for appointments to the Advisory Planning Committee (APC). The APC’s purpose is to provide City Council with advice and recommendations on proposed land use and planning changes and related matters.
The terms of these positions are four years (expiring December 2022) with the Committee meeting at 4 p.m. every two weeks on the Tuesday following Council’s Regular Meeting.
Ten (10) positions on the Advisory Planning Committee are open, with nine (9) positions representing the community at large and one (1) position with a background in accessibility for the disabled/mobility impaired.
Applicants must reside within Vernon city limits.

Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
