Health benefits of being active

Choose from various strength and cardio, health specialty, dance, tai chi, yoga, and meditation programs — there is something for everyone! Whether you are just starting out or looking for a challenge, we have a health and fitness program to meet your needs. Pre-registration is required. Tips and Considerations 

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes before the start of your class.
  • Please come dressed to work out. 
  • Bring your water bottle and any other equipment noted on your registration.
  • The CSEP Get Active Questionnaire must be completed with each program registration.
  • If you have any concerns regarding your readiness for physical activity, please follow up with your doctor or nurse practitioner.
  • Fitness participants must be 18 years or older unless otherwise indicated.
  • Review your registration confirmation for cancelled dates, what to bring, etc.
