The Community Infrastructure and Development Services Division is responsible for managing applications related to construction and renovating. The types of applications you will require and what you will need to include with them will vary depending on the type of project you are exploring.
Before making an application, it is highly recommended that you speak with Community Infrastructure and Development staff prior to developing detailed building or subdivision plans. Staff will be able to assist with any questions you have and walk you through the various steps in order to successfully submit your development application.
