The Recreation Centre is home to a wide variety of facilities, from the Aquatic Centre, Fitness Gym, Creekside Conference Centre, Dogwood Gym and the Halina Senior Citizens Centre.
The Recreation Centre is owned and operated by the City of Vernon with financial support from our area neighbours the District of Coldstream, Area B and Area C. The Recreation Centre is located on the Vernon Recreation Complex at 3310 - 37 Avenue (access via 35 or 39 Avenue from Highway 97).
Who can use the changerooms and washrooms at Vernon Recreation facilities?
The washroom facilities are open to everyone, changerooms are accessible to those who have paid admission to use the facility

How do I report inappropriate behaviour?
The City of Vernon Recreation Services is committed to the safety of all users. All unsafe and inappropriate behaviours should be reported to a City of Vernon Staff member. City staff will investigate the concern and, if appropriate, report the incident to the RCMP.
