How We Can Help You
Make a Payment at City Hall

You can pay City fees and charges at City Hall, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We accept cash, cheques and debit cards in addition to certified cheques or bank drafts when required by the City. To avoid lineups we encourage you to drop off or mail post-dated cheques, as long as they reach us before the due date.

You can also sign-up for the Utility Auto Debit and the Property Tax Prepayment programs to pay your bills automatically.

Property Taxes

Financial services prepares your property tax bill and offers several programs to help you pay your tax on time and obtain grants and exemptions.

Utilities

Financial Services prepares and accepts payment for your quarterly utility bills, which may include charges for water, sewer, garbage and recycling.
