Our Shallow Water, Deep Water, and Aqua Light aquafit classes are registered programs that allow drop-ins, if space is available.

Three ways to participate in our Shallow, Deep, and Aqua Light aquafit classes:

  1. Register for the entire session and save! Register for your preferred course(s) using the program link below, so you will be guaranteed a space in the program.
  2. Pre-register as a drop-in for specific date(s) that work for you. Pre-register as a drop-in using the program link below. 
  3. Drop-in any day just before class and pay at the Front Desk. No guarantee of space, but this offers the most flexibility.

Aqua Light

Aqua Light focuses on restoring, maintaining and increasing joint range of motion and muscle strength. It will improve posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance. It is suitable for those who are rehabilitating after surgery, injury or who may have a long term disability. Held in the shallow end of the lap pool.

Shallow Water

This is a higher-impact, mid-to-high intensity class which builds endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone by using anchored moves, light bouncing, propulsion, and suspension. Boost your balance, coordination, and fitness with this energizing shallow water workout. Held in shallow end of lap pool. 

Deep Water

This is a no-impact, moderate to high intensity, deep-water fitness class that's easy on the joints and big on results. With the support of a flotation belt, you'll power through zero-impact cardio, balance, and core strengthening moves in the deep end.
