  • Option 2: Once you are in one of your registered accounts, in the "Statement Notification Method" section, select your delivery option - paper or email - then click "Save".
My account is showing historical information only?

The reason that the account will show as historical is possibly because of a change to your title through the Land Titles office. This can happen if you remortgage or change something with your property.

If you are seeing "Historical Account" beside your utility or property tax account(s) on your MyCity profile and you have not sold the property, check your most recent invoice to see if you access code has changed, and, if so, register the new account. If you do not have a recent invoice please contact our Financial Operations department by phone at 250-550-3636 or email for a new access code.

There are multiple owners on our property, are we all able to have our own MyCity account?
