Trees for Tomorrow program

The City of Vernon is continuously working to promote a healthy, enjoyable and safe community by encouraging residents to plant trees. 

Through the Trees for Tomorrow program, Vernon residents can receive a $75 voucher toward the purchase of a tree(s) at local garden centres: Nicholas Alexander Home & GardenSwan Lake Market & Garden, or The Flower Spot

Fill out the form below to enter the tree voucher draw. The deadline to register is April 21, 2026, at 11:59 pm. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email on Earth Day (April 22, 2026). 

  • Participants will have 2 weeks to pick up their voucher, or a new winner will be drawn.
  • Limited to City of Vernon residents, one voucher per property.
  • You may also call the Community Safety Office (250-550-7840) or visit in person to register.
