Sign Permit Application

A Sign Permit is required for installing most types of signage within the City of Vernon. This includes, but is not limited to:
Awning, Suspended, Canopy, Projecting, Fascia, Freestanding, Inflatable, Mural, Portable, Banner, Sandwich Board, and MacDonald Park signs.

Please ensure you have the following items ready: 

  • Estimated sign value
  • Property address - must be within the City of Vernon
  • Applicant information - full name, phone, email, mailing address
  • Property owner information - name, contact, company details if applicable
  • Business information - name of the business the sign will represent
  • Contractor information - include Vernon Business Licence number if applicable
