Vernon is located between three lakes: Okanagan, Kalamalka, and Swan, and has five provincial parks on its doorstep. The City of Vernon is the largest city in British Columbia’s North Okanagan Regional District and provides all the major amenities. The City of Vernon has 26 accommodation properties providing approximately 1,400 rooms. In 2014, room revenues in the City of Vernon reached $26.8-million, up by 22% over 2013. This highlights a continued growth in the City’s room revenue over the past decade.
