Building Facility Renewal - Vernon Parkade

We’re focusing on renewing and maintaining key facility components to improve the reliability and sustainability of the Parkade.

The project includes waterproofing, repairs to the stairwells, and preventative maintenance on targeted areas of the parkade. These enhancements will help extend the life of the facility, reduce the risk of emergency repairs, and support efficient day-to-day operations. Work is anticipated to begin in the spring with completion in fall 2026, subject to weather and other factors.
