Before starting your application for a Service Connection Application, please review the information below. This page outlines accepted application types, and required documents to help ensure your submission is complete.
NOTE: If this application has an active Building Permit, that will be sufficient to accompany this application for any on-site work and a separate Plumbing Permit is not required. If on-site works will be completed upon the installation of the new service connection (ie. connection to the dwelling), a Plumbing Permit is required. Complete the Plumbing Permit first, then continue with this Service Application.
Before you Start
Please ensure you have the following information and documentation available:
- MyCity Account Credentials (register here)
- Owner information: full name, phone, mailing address, email and company name (required)
- Agent information: full name, phone, mailing address, email (required - if an Agent is representing the Owner)
- Size of existing Water/Sewer/Storm service pipe in inches or millimeters (optional)
- Plumbing Permit file number (if applicable)
- Appointment of Agent – completed form (required if the applicant is acting on behalf of the property owner)
- Site plan showing proposed service connection location(s) (if applicable)
