The Vernon Buddhist Temple will host a Meditation Session from 2:30 to 3:30pm at the People Place. Reverend Hirano (Hirano Sensei) will lead the session and give instructions to meditate sitting on the floor or in a chair if requested. Immediately following, we will have a Pure Land Buddhist Service which will finish around 5pm. Please email vernonbuddhisttemple@gmail.com if you would like more information.
