Please note that the City has issued a Road Right-of-Way Usage Permit to allow Tri City Canada to work within a City Right-of-Way at 3050 29 Ave to accommodate the construction of a 6 storey care facility. Excavation and construction will take place between Feb 1, 2016 and June 31, 2017. Sidewalks surrounding the site will be closed in 29th Avenue, 30th Street and 31st Street. Businesses in the area are open. Please obey all signs and flaggers. Later stages of this construction project will include travel lane closures. Further media releases will follow with information on future road closures and detours.
