The City would like to advise residents that a partial road closure will be required for a portion of Bella Vista Road and Heritage Drive for the majority of next week, for the installation of a water service and sanitary sewer upgrades.
Starting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 22, the following traffic pattern changes will be in place:
- Westbound Bella Vista Rd will be accessible to through traffic
- Eastbound Bella Vista Rd will be accessible to local traffic only, between Allenby Way and Heritage Drive
- Heritage Drive will be accessible to local traffic only, between Lardeau Way and Bella Vista Rd
Detours will be in place and traffic control personnel will be on site to help guide motorists through the area. The work is expected to be complete by Friday, June 25 at 5:00 p.m. Please note, these timelines may change if emergencies arise.
Please slow down if traveling near the area and obey all traffic control signage and personnel. Travel delays should be expected. The City apologizes for any inconvenience these changes may cause and appreciates everyone’s patience while this work is being completed.
