City utility crews anticipate the repairs for a water main break in the 2900 block of Francis Street will take approximately 4-5 hours to complete.
For the safety of workers and the public, Francis Street is temporarily closed to traffic between 25th Avenue and Black Rock Road, with the exception of local traffic.
Water service is temporarily interrupted for properties along Francis Street and Shantz Road.
The City appreciates everyone’s patience while this work is completed.

The City of Vernon would like to advise the public that utility crews are repairing a water main break that has occurred in the 2900 block of Francis Street.
Water service has been interrupted for approximately 10 properties in the area.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this interruption may cause and appreciates the public’s patience while repairs are being made. Updates will be provided as they become available.
