Free transit in Vernon is being provided by the City of Vernon in support of the Downtown Vernon Association’s 24th Annual Christmas Light Up. Free transit all day makes the event accessible for the wider community, encourages a reduction in vehicle trips and minimizes parking demands in the downtown core.
“Enjoy the DVA event by taking advantage of free transit and travel comfortably on one of the ten new buses” said Amanda Watson, Manager, Transportation.
