Vernon City Council will provide a letter of support to the Passenger Transportation Board for a new taxi service in Vernon. Current Taxi Ltd. appeared as a delegation before Council at its meeting on January 23, 2017, requesting Council’s support for its application. Current Taxi has proposed a fleet of 100 per cent electric vehicles. The application is for two taxis in the Vernon area.
