The City of Vernon Sustainability Grants program website, which was launched in August, provides applicants an opportunity to learn about the program, review guidelines, explore example projects and start their applications.
The Sustainability Grants program encourages community participation in sustainable action while recognizing current and ongoing sustainability projects in Vernon. Small grants between $500 and $1,000 are available as an incentive to accelerate sustainability projects led by Vernon residents, youth, non-profit organizations and community groups.
