Motorists travelling along 29th Street may experience minor delays as crews complete utility infrastructure upgrades.
Beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, a section of 29th Street between 41st Avenue and 39th Avenue will be closed to through traffic. A detour route will be in place, and local access to businesses and residences within the closure area will be maintained.
Work is expected to be completed by 5:00 p.m., subject to weather and other factors.
Drivers should anticipate some delays and are encouraged to plan ahead. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions. For the safety of workers and the public, motorists are reminded to obey all traffic control signage and reduce speed in the work zone.
