City crews have finished replacing a water main line valve in the Okanagan Landing area and water service has been restored to nearby properties.
Residents that experienced the water service interruption today may notice turbidity (cloudiness) or air in their tap water. If you experience either of these things, please run a cold water tap at a low volume until the water has cleared.
Residents in the following areas are being asked to continue minimizing water usage until further notice:
- Properties west of the 6200 block of Okanagan Landing Rd to the border of the Outback
- Sunset Properties
- Whitepoint Road
- Predator Ridge
The City will provide an update as to when normal water usage can resume for all areas.
We would like to thank all customers who have been impacted by this service interruption for their patience and understanding while these repairs were being made.
