Crews have finished repairing a water main on Okanagan Avenue and water service has been restored to the area.
As a reminder, crews will begin asphalt repairs tomorrow and anticipate the work will be complete by the end of the week. Traffic detours will be in place.
The City would like to thank area residents for their patience today and apologizes for any inconvenience while the road is being repaired.

Due to a water main break in the 4100 block of Okanagan Avenue, there is a temporary water outage for homes in the immediate area.
Crews are currently on site making repairs. Every effort is being made to have water available as soon as possible.
Repairs to the asphalt in the same block will be required, which will begin tomorrow (November 20) and are expected to be completed by the end of the week. Traffic detours will be in place and the City asks motorists to please follow all signage and plan for possible travel delays in the Okanagan Avenue area.
