UPDATE: The water main break on 53rd Avenue has been repaired and water service has been restored to area properties. The City appreciates everyone's patience while repairs were being made.

The City would like to advise the public that crews are responding to a water main break on 53rd Avenue at 25th Street.
Water service has been interrupted for properties between 24th Street and 26th Street on 53rd Avenue.
Two way traffic is currently available, however, crews may have to reduce traffic to single lane alternating while a repair is made. If you are traveling in the area, please slow down and watch for construction crews and equipment.
The City will provide more information as it becomes available and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate the public’s patience as repairs are made to the site.
