The City would like to advise motorists that a detour will be required for a portion of Tronson Road next week, while crews upgrade sanitary sewer infrastructure and complete asphalt restoration.
Starting as early as 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 4, Tronson Road will be closed between Lakeshore Road and Bella Vista Road. The closure will remain in place until 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 6.
Below are the detour notes for residents in the area and a map identifying the road closure area.
- Residences between 7327 - 9280 Tronson Road can access their properties off Bella Vista Road.
- Residences on Old Stamp Mill Road and up to 7292 Tronson Road can access their properties off Tronson Road.
Some delays should be expected for motorists in the area, however, every effort will be made to minimize disruptions. For the safety of workers and public, please obey traffic control signage and slow-down in the area.
Residents and visitors accessing Kin Beach during this time are reminded that overflow parking is available and is located at 7001 Tronson Road.
