The City of Vernon advises that a portion of Anderson Way, adjacent to 5090 Anderson Way, will be closed to thru traffic in both directions while crews complete sanitary infrastructure repairs.
Work is scheduled to begin at 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, and is expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Local access to nearby businesses and residences will be maintained throughout the work (see map below). Please note that timelines may change if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible. The City will make every effort to minimize disruptions. For the safety of workers and the public, drivers are reminded to obey all traffic control signage and reduce their speed when travelling near the work zone.
