Motorists travelling along Bella Vista Road between 41 Street and Allenby Way may experience minor delays while crews install underground sanitary infrastructure.
Starting at 6:30 am on Monday, October 26, a portion of Bella Vista Road will be closed to traffic in both directions. The work is expected to be completed by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 28. Please note these timelines may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
A detour route to 27 Avenue will be in place throughout the closure (see map below).
Local traffic will continue to have access to nearby residences and businesses for the duration of the project.
Motorists should expect delays in the area, however, the City will make every effort to minimize disruptions. For the safety of workers and the public, drivers are asked to obey all traffic control signage and reduce speed when travelling through the work zone.
