Motorists traveling along 30th Avenue this week may encounter minor delays as crews work on paving at the 30th Avenue and 38th Street intersection.
Starting as early as 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, this intersection will be reduced to single-lane, alternating traffic.
Work is expected to wrap up by end of day Friday, November 8, weather permitting. Detours are available via 27th Avenue (see map below).
Local traffic will still have access to businesses and residences in the area. Residents are encouraged to support local businesses during this time.
Motorists should anticipate some delays and are reminded to slow down in construction and detour zones, following all traffic control measures for everyone’s safety.
The City appreciates the patience and understanding of residents and travelers as this work is completed.
