On behalf of Vernon City Council and our community, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Charles “Chuck” Edwin Wills.
Chuck Wills was a deeply respected member of our community whose contributions left a lasting impact on Vernon and beyond. Chuck served on Vernon’s Advisory Planning Commission for over 20 years and was an active member of the Ribbons of Green Trail Society. His dedication to service, his warmth, and his unwavering commitment to helping others exemplified the very best of civic spirit.
We recognize the profound loss felt by those who knew him, and we join the community in mourning his passing. His legacy will continue to inspire kindness, generosity, and a deep sense of community.
