Crews from SLR Consulting will be operating at the intersection of 27 St and 48 Ave to collect groundwater samples June 13 and 14. The work will be completed during the night, with one lane closed in each direction.
The City of Vernon will be repairing the road on 27 St at the intersection of 58 Ave and Anderson Way starting June 26. The base repairs before repaving are necessary to increase the lifespan of the road. Repairs are expected to take approximately one day to complete, weather permitting.
Although every reasonable effort will be made to minimize the disruption to traffic, motorists should be prepared for delays and detours. Traffic may be reduced to single lane or detoured to provide a safe and efficient worksite.
