A plan for the progression of sewer service implementation in the Okanagan Landing area was approved by Council on August 14. The plan will allow servicing of several priority areas starting as early as 2018, contingent upon successful local service petitioning, with the remaining areas to follow over approximately 10 years.
The phasing plan starts with petitioning for sewer local area service in the Willow Park and Dallas areas in the fall of 2017, with Claremont and Cameo areas planned to follow early in 2018. Construction for these initial areas could start as early as 2018, contingent upon successful petitioning, with the remaining unserviced areas to follow according to the phasing plan over approximately 10 years.
