The City would like to advise the public that a minor traffic change will be required for a portion of 27th Street next week, as crews install a fire hydrant and decommission a portion of water infrastructure.
Starting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, there will be single lane traffic in both directions in the 3600 block of 27th Street. The work is expected to be completed by 5:00 p.m. the following day. Some travel delays should be expected for motorists in the area, however every effort will be made to minimize disruptions.
Please remember to slow down in the area and adhere to all traffic control devices. The City apologizes for any inconvenience this disruption may cause and appreciates everyone’s patience and understanding as this work is being completed.
Below are a couple of maps to show the work area and anticipated flow of traffic for each day of work.
