The Inaugural Meeting of the newly-elected 2022-2026 Vernon City Council will be held on November 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Vernon Council Chambers (3400 30th Street). The meeting will be open to the general public, however, space is limited.
The meeting will include the Mayor and Councillors’ Oath of Office and the Mayor’s Inaugural Address.
The following have been elected to City Council and will be sworn in to serve a 4-year term:

- Kari Gares
- Brian Guy
- Akbal Mund
- Brian Quiring
For those who are unable to attend in-person, the meeting will also be livestreamed on the City’s website at www.vernon.ca/council-video.
