Get ready to move, play, and connect this season! Registration for the City of Vernon’s spring recreation programs and summer camps opens Monday, March 9 at 7:30 a.m. for Vernon Residency Program (VRP) members.

Residents from surrounding communities who are not part of the Vernon Residency Program can begin registering Friday, March 20 at 7:30 a.m.

Something for everyone
This season offers a full lineup of activities designed to support health, movement, and community — no matter your age or ability. Highlights include:

  • Sports leagues & gymnasium programs for all ages
  • After school and youth activities that inspire creativity, confidence, and fun
  • Early childhood programs like Swim & Gym, Tumbling Tots, and active play sessions
  • Swim lessons for infants through adults
  • Fitness classes to help you build strength, flexibility, and healthy habits
  • Lifesaving and lifeguard training courses for aspiring aquatic leaders

Whether you're looking to stay active, learn a new skill, or connect with others, there’s a program for you.

Get ready for registration
To help make registration quick and easy, participants are encouraged to stop by Vernon Recreation Services and log into their recreation account ahead of time to ensure their profile and residency information is up to date.

Don’t have an account yet? You can create one in person at the Vernon Recreation Centre. Please bring proof of residency if you wish to access early registration and program discounts. Registration is available online or in person.
