Help shape the future of vernon.ca!
Have you ever visited vernon.ca looking for information about City services, recreation programs, or an upcoming project? Maybe you've paid a bill online, looked up a bylaw, or simply wanted to know what's happening in your community.
Whatever brings you to vernon.ca, the City of Vernon wants to hear from you!
The City is preparing to redesign its website and is inviting residents, businesses, and visitors to share their experiences and ideas through a public engagement survey.
The goal is to create a more modern, accessible, and user-friendly website that makes it easier to find information, access services, and stay connected with the City.
Your website. Your experience. Your voice.
Whether you visit vernon.ca every day or only a few times a year, your feedback can help shape what comes next.
The City wants to know what's working well, where improvements could be made, and what features would make the website more useful to you.
The survey will explore topics such as:
- How you currently use vernon.ca and what information you look for most often;
- How easy it is to find information and navigate the website; and
- What features or improvements you'd like to see in the future.
Ready to have your say?
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available at letstalkvernon.ca/website.
The survey will remain open until November 5.
Building a resident-focused digital experience
The website redesign is about more than giving vernon.ca a fresh look. It's an opportunity to rethink how the City shares information and delivers online services to better meet the needs of the community.
Feedback collected through the survey will help guide decisions about the new website's navigation, content, accessibility, and functionality. All feedback is collected anonymously.
The project is currently in its discovery and planning stage, with the new website anticipated to launch in late 2027. In the meantime, the current vernon.ca will remain available and continue to be updated regularly.
Every response will help the City better understand how the community uses its website and what matters most to the people who rely on it.
Take the survey and help build a better vernon.ca!
