The City of Vernon will proceed with turf grass repairs at the Vernon Cemetery. The estimated cost to restore the grass at the Cemetery is $70,000 and will be funded from the 2015 unexpended and uncommitted year-end balance. City staff will issue a Request for Proposals for the development of a Cemetery Master Plan that will be included for consideration in the 2017 budgeting process.
