Vernon business owners are reminded that it’s time to renew your City of Vernon business licence. Fees are due January 1, 2025.
A Business Licence is required to operate a business in Vernon. For your convenience, if there are no changes to your business information (such as ownership, location, or type of business), renewals can be done quickly and easily through the City’s website at vernon.ca/businesslicence.
Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour action, business owners in Vernon may experience delays in receiving their business licence renewals by mail.
To ensure timely receipt of important billing information, the City of Vernon encourages business and property owners to sign up for MyCity, the City's online portal.
MyCity provides business and property owners with 24/7 access to their City of Vernon information, including utility bills, property taxes, and business licensing accounts.
Visit vernon.ca/mycity to register for MyCity and explore the convenience of these online services.
