Swimming Pool Permit Application

A Swimming Pool Permit is required for the construction, installation, or major alteration of a swimming pool on a property. This permit ensures that the pool complies with safety, fencing, and building regulations, helping to protect users and neighbouring properties. Please ensure you have reviewed all related Zoning Bylaw Regulations and Building Code Regulations.

Note: If the proposed project does not meet all zoning regulations in section-4-development-regulations, then a Development Variance Permit is required.
