Under One Roof (4100 25th Ave) Roof is a collaborative ownership model between the Land Trust, Kindale Developmental Association and Habitat for Humanity.

Under One Roof (4100 25th Ave) includes 4 three-bedroom family units and 2 one-bedroom handicapped-equipped units.

Under One Roof (4100 25th Ave) was supported by the City of Vernon, Okanagan College Residential Construction Program, the Province of BC, Heartwood Homes Ltd, MQN Architects & numerous businesses.

Kickwillie Place (4305 19th Ave) provides 40 units of affordable housing for families at risk of homelessness and a 16-space child-care centre.

Kickwillie Place (4305 19th Ave) is comprised of 26 mixed one- and two-bedroom apartment units and 14 mixed three- and four-bedroom townhouse units.

Kickwillie Place (4305 19th Ave) was supported by the Province through the Aboriginal Housing Initiative and the Ministry of Children & Family Development, as well as by the City of Vernon.
