Notice is hereby given that City Council will hold a Public Hearing to hear representations of interested persons or persons who deem their interest in property affected by the below-mentioned bylaw at 5:30 p.m. on June 22, 2020 in the Vernon Recreation Centre Auditorium, 3310 - 37th Avenue, Vernon, B.C.:
Heritage Revitalization Agreement Amendment (2301 32nd Avenue) Bylaw Number 5819, 2020
Location: 2301 32nd Avenue
Legal Description: LT 14, BLK 1, PL 327, SEC 34, TP 9, ODYD
Purpose: To amend Heritage Revitalization Agreement Bylaw #4817, 2003 governing the property, by deleting “Dental Clinic” use and replacing it with “Dental Office, Office, or Personal Services in conjunction with a residence” uses.

During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, there will be an additional comment period integrated in the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing video recording and all written submissions will be posted on-line by 10:00 a.m. June 25, 2020. The additional comment period will be open until 3:00 p.m. June 29, 2020 to receive any written submissions. These comments must be in written form and will be considered by Council as part of the reconvened Public Hearing on June 29, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Vernon Recreation Centre Auditorium. No in-person presentations will be received upon reconvening the Public Hearing.
No submissions related to this application will be accepted by Council following the end of the comment period at 3:00 p.m. on June 29, 2020.
