A rezoning amendment to Zoning Bylaw Number 5000 is being considered for the subject property and, in accordance with the Local Government Act, a public hearing is not required. Council will consider initial readings of this bylaw at the Regular Council meeting of July 18, 2022. This rezoning amendment proposes to rezone Lot 4, Plan 5052, Sec 3, Twp 8, ODYD (4013 25th Street) from R5 – Fourplex Housing Residential to R4 – Small Lot Residential in order to provide for a one lot single family subdivision. The proposed rezoning amendment is consistent with the Official Community Plan.

Copies of the bylaw and relevant background documents are available for inspection during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Statutory Holidays) from July 7 to July 18, 2022.
