The purpose is to provide a zone for the development of a maximum of four ground oriented dwelling units in the form of single detached, semi-detached, duplex, three-plex or four-plex housing on urban services. The R5c sub-zoning district allows for care centre, major as an additional use. The R5h sub-zoning district allows for home based business, major as an additional use.
