    • Metered Sewer at $2.45 per cubic meter, over 20 cubic meters:
      • Based on January, February, March consumption, and
      • Fee is re-calculated the first quarter each year and remains the same through the fourth quarter billing.
    • Flat Rate Sewer of $70.47 per quarter; in addition to the Sewer Base Fee.  For customers that do not have a meter or did not have a January, February, March meter read.
  • Garbage
    • $24.12 per quarter
    • Weekly pickup, 2 bags
  • Recycling
    • $8.28 per quarter
    • Bi-weekly pickup, unlimited pickup

Property Owners/Landlords with Tenants
  • If you are a property owner or landlord whose tenant is responsible for paying the utility bill, read and then complete the Tenant Utility Billing Authorization form.

Commercial and Multi Family Accounts
  • Commercial and Multi Family accounts may elect to have their garbage collected by bin. 
  • A copy of the contract must be given to the finance utility department in order to waive our garbage collection Fee.

  • All customers are subject to 12% interest on all unpaid balances after the utility due date. Please check your bill for the billing due date to avoid interest charges.
