Inquisitive Clips Competition
Deadline extended to Friday, May 3

Create a short film about Sustainability in Your Backyard and you could win an Apple iPad or other great prizes.
Follow these simple steps:
- Review the Inquisitve Clips Rules and Requirements. This document outlines film criteria and eligibility, prizes, and future use of films.
- Create your film.
- Submit your film by Earth Day, Friday, May 3, 2013:
- Upload film to the Inquisitive Clips Vimeo Group website: www.vimeo.com/groups/inquisitiveclips
- Complete your Inquisitive Clips Submission Form
- Prepare two (2) DVD format hard copies of the film
- Mail or hand deliver your Submission Form and DVDs to:

- Attend the awards night – a celebration of participants and winners in the Inquisitive Clips Film Competition, the City of Vernon Sustainabilty Awards and the Regional District of North Okanagan Environmental Leadership Awards.

Inquisitive Clips Past Winners
Between January and April in 2011 and 2012, the City of Vernon and the Regional District of North Okanagan asked you to submit films about sustainability that were 5 minutes or less - and we saw and we saw some amazing results! Most of the films were shown at the Environmental Leadership and Sustainability Awards Night at the Powerhouse Theatre during Environment Week.

The Sun Screen Award (Sun FM People’s Choice):
- 2012: Water Conservation, produced by Jaxon and Stirling Peters (Shadow Film)
- Prize: Accommodation for two at Silver Star Mountain
- 2011: Sustaining Venure Training, produced by Jim Elderton
- Prize: Two Day rafting trip with Kumsheen Rafting Resort and a $50 in gift certificates from 2011 sponsor Wok Box Box Vernon
